From our first enquiry to the present day, including going live on Grid, the whole process was explained well by Storm. The whole team, from Installers, Scaffolders and Admin Staff have all been friendly and happy to answer any questions. The installation of the work was started and completed cleanly, to a high standard, and in the allotted time. We have found Glo Renewables to be a friendly and professional company and we cannot recommend them enough.

I don’t normally write long reviews, but the team at Glo absolutely knocked it out of the park with my solar and battery installation here in Cullompton. From the initial consultation to the final commissioning, the entire experience was seamless, professional, and entirely stress-free. I wanted a robust, future-proof system that maximized our roof space, and Glo designed an incredible high-spec layout tailored perfectly to our needs: 9.97 kW Solar Array (21 ultra-efficient panels maximizing our generation window). 8 kW Sigenergy SigenStor Hybrid Inverter (The EC 8.0SP single-phase model). 9.04 kWh Battery Storage (Sleek, stackable, and lightning-fast). The on-site installation team was fantastic. They were polite, incredibly tidy, and took real pride in their workmanship—running the cabling meticulously and keeping the workspace spotless. The SigenStor hardware looks brilliant; it’s a beautifully integrated, modern tower that looks more like a high-tech appliance than a clunky traditional inverter setup. What really set Glo apart was their backend support. They handled the entire grid connection process seamlessly, securing our official 8 kW G99 export approval without me having to lift a finger. The handover pack they provided was a gold standard of documentation—complete, transparent, and incredibly detailed. The system is performing exactly to its design specs, pulling in massive amounts of clean energy and making our home beautifully self-sufficient. If you want a solar company that skips the cheesy sales tactics, genuinely understands next-gen technology, and delivers flawless installation quality, I cannot recommend Glo Renewables highly enough!

Glo Renewables have recently installed a whole host of solar panels on to the roof of our house, plus batteries and EV chargers. Storm and Charlie provided detailed and super useful information from the outset, and were invaluable in guiding us to find the right balance for our home. No question was too much for them and they were always happy to help (and still are post-installation!) Chris and the guys who came to install the panels and equipment were so friendly, hard working and professional. They worked efficiently and went out of their way to ensure their work was of the highest quality. We're absolutely thrilled with the work and immediately saw the positive impact of the solar panels via a huge reduction in our electricity and vehicle fuel bills! Great for the environment and for our bank balance in the long term! Thank you Glo Renewables!

Easy and smooth from start to finish. Storm answered every question with ease and from him to the installation team, it couldn’t have been a more positive experience. Battery and solar are exceeding expectations and I’m already considering increasing battery size. Talk to any other installer and then talk to Glo, and you definitely choose Glo.

Glo did a great job of our panel, charger and battery install. Despite not being the cheapest quote they were the only ones to notice we would need a new consumer unit and build this into the price. The installation was actually really good fun, we had loads of highly qualified electricians on site and I learnt loads! They also painted a chimney while they were on the roof and fixed an old solar panel that had a broken lead. The system works almost exactly as the extensive modelling suggested it would and we have used no electricity from the grid since it was installed. The wiring was neat to the point of obsessive as was the clean-up. Highly recommended, no hard sell just very sound electrical engineering.

Glo Renewables have been first rate from installation to final commissioning. The team that installed the inverter, battery and panels were highly efficient and quick, and it was not a problem when we decided to increase the number of solar panels at the very last minute. Excellent support by Storm who monitored the setup and then the tech settings and he was always available to answer all our queries re appropriate tariffs and their management. He made regular checkups to ensure that the system was functioning properly and nothing was too much trouble. I have no hesitation in recommending Glo Renewables as a green energy solar provider.
