Hi David, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and for taking my call to discuss this matter. We are pleased we managed to resolve this to your satisfaction, and to clarify the matter further. This has been a total mis-communication between our field engineer & the office, we Guarantee our workmanship & Products Supplied by us for a period of 12 months, so there should have been no return costs. We have agreed to credit the return call out visit, and refund you the cost of the circuit breaker you have sourced yourself. Apologies, Nick Green Managing Director

Having recently downsized within Dorset to a relatively large bungalow, found a rather 'wanting' electrical environment that was in need of serious improvement. The tasks included installing a previously owned EV charger, upgrading the 'fuse box', connecting a new induction cooker, adding numerous sockets, altering lighting wiring to provide logical switching options and ending with proper certification. Kelvyn and apprentice Jake worked tirelessly over many days, always cheerful and eager to please and technically, very neat and tidy work. Would be happy to bring them back if we get around to going solar and batteries etc.

  Owner's reply

Thank you so much for your kind words! We're really glad you're happy with the work and that Kelvyn and Jake made a good impression. It was a pleasure helping to upgrade your new home, and we’d be delighted to assist again if you move forward with solar or battery storage in the future!
