  So far so good. The initial visit was informative and James was knowledgeable and professional. Offering to provide previous customer's names for us to contact was helpful. There was no "hard sell" or follow up "pressure calls". We had queries, which were answered promptly. The detailed assessment was hassle free, ensuring we got what we wanted (subject to engineering being possible) we now await the final proposal.

  Elite have just installed an air source heat pump system into our home. We love it! I would recommend Elite to anyone looking at air source for their heating. Their work is seamless, everything has happened when they said it would. They are really easy to deal with. The engineers we're fabulous, extremely tidy and professional and left the house spotless at the end of the day. We're really pleased with the system, its easy to control, our house feels warmer than it even has done and we have loads of hot water. Really can't fault anything. A BIG THANK YOU ELITE!

  From the first visit Elite were professional and prompt. James came initially to do the quote and explained all the different options, then once we had agreed the price, Ben came and did the site visit to confirm the actual viabililty. Both were very knowledgable and put us at ease answering any and all questions we had. Once we had agreed to the job, they arrived on time, and were clean and efficient with the work. All the paperwork was submitted promptly to Northern Power to allow us to set up export. Now we are exporting and producing solar power to cover our electric costs. Will definitely be approaching again when we have any more solar/ASHP work to do.

  My recent upgrade to the Ideal HP290 8.0kw Heat Pump by Elite Services Group has transformed my home's heating completely, though it has yet to be tested under winter conditions. They handled the entire transition smoothly, managing the £7500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant and finishing the work to an exceptional standard. The team integrated a Homely Smart Controller linked my E.On next Pumped tariff. In conclusion the entire process by Elite Service Gro was professional, tidy, and has made my home feel much more future proof.
